O’Neal Manufacturing Services (OMS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lindsey Nilges as Director of Human Resources. In this leadership role, Ms. Nilges oversees the company’s organizational development across its 10 North American facilities. Her key areas of focus include talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership training, and strategic planning.
A Birmingham native, Lindsey Nilges earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Alabama and holds a Senior Human Resources Management Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification. She has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and benefits programs within manufacturing and operations. In her role, Ms. Nilges is dedicated to cultivating talent, supporting employees, and driving organizational growth at OMS.
